Our commitment to creative freedom, consensual content, and a secure platform for all users.
SpicyGen is built strictly for consensual, adult fantasy content. We believe deeply in creative freedom and the exploration of imagination. However, this freedom is built on a foundation of respect and consent.
SpicyGen maintains a strict, zero-tolerance policy for abuse, non-consensual imagery, and illegal content. Our platform is designed to empower creators while actively preventing the generation of harmful material.
The following content is strictly prohibited on SpicyGen. Attempting to generate, upload, or share this material will result in immediate action.
Enforcement Clause: Violating any of these prohibitions results in an immediate, permanent account ban without a refund.
We employ a multi-layered defense system to enforce our policies. Moderation runs synchronously at upload and at generation time so that disallowed content is blocked before it can be displayed.
All text prompts are screened against deny-lists covering minors, real-person impersonation (including public figures), and other prohibited categories before any generation begins.
Uploaded reference images are screened by third-party visual classifiers (Sightengine, AWS Rekognition, Hive) and matched against the NCMEC Take It Down hash list to detect known prohibited material.
Human reviewers handle flagged accounts, appeals, and edge cases that the automated pipeline cannot resolve.
SpicyGen is committed to providing a safe harbor. If you believe your likeness has been used without your consent, or if you have encountered content that violates our policies, we provide a frictionless reporting mechanism.
Reports of Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII) and AI-generated intimate forgeries are prioritised for review under the 48-hour SLA below. Substantiated reports result in removal of the reported asset.
SpicyGen.ai is a covered platform under the federal TAKE IT DOWN Act (Public Law 119-12) and maintains the statutory notice-and-removal process required by Section 3. Upon receiving a valid request from an identifiable individual (or an authorized representative), we will remove the reported non-consensual intimate visual depiction or digital forgery (deepfake) and make reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies within 48 hours. Submit a TAKE IT DOWN Act notice using our dedicated form: Report Content / Request Removal.
For questionable material, privacy concerns, impersonation, or general content removal requests, use our dedicated reporting form: Report Content / Request Removal (Non-DMCA). We process valid TAKE IT DOWN Act requests (NCII/Deepfakes) within 48 hours. For other general complaints, we provide a response to the requestor within 5 business days or sooner.
Submit a notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512 via our dedicated DMCA form. You may also email contact@spicygen.ai with [important] [dmca] in the subject line.
