Trust & Safety

Our commitment to creative freedom, consensual content, and a secure platform for all users.

1. The Core Commitment

SpicyGen is built strictly for consensual, adult fantasy content. We believe deeply in creative freedom and the exploration of imagination. However, this freedom is built on a foundation of respect and consent.

SpicyGen maintains a strict, zero-tolerance policy for abuse, non-consensual imagery, and illegal content. Our platform is designed to empower creators while actively preventing the generation of harmful material.

2. Zero-Tolerance Prohibitions

The following content is strictly prohibited on SpicyGen. Attempting to generate, upload, or share this material will result in immediate action.

  • Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII): Content depicting real individuals without their explicit, documented consent.
  • Deepfakes & Impersonation: Realistic depictions of public figures, politicians, celebrities, or private citizens.
  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content depicting, implying, or referencing minors in sexual situations.
  • Illegal Acts & Violence: Content promoting, depicting, or inciting violence, self-harm, or illegal activities.

Enforcement Clause: Violating any of these prohibitions results in an immediate, permanent account ban without a refund.

3. Moderation & Technology

We employ a multi-layered, state-of-the-art defense system to enforce our policies and protect our community. Our moderation pipeline operates in real-time to prevent policy violations before they occur.

Automated Prompt Filtering

Advanced NLP systems scan all text inputs to block illicit keywords, celebrity names, and policy-violating concepts.

Pre-Generation Scanning

Uploaded reference images are hashed and cross-referenced against global threat databases to prevent the use of known abusive material.

Manual Review

Human intervention and auditing for flagged accounts, high-risk generation attempts, and complex edge cases.

4. Report Abuse & Takedowns

SpicyGen is committed to providing a safe harbor. If you believe your likeness has been used without your consent, or if you have encountered content that violates our policies, we provide a frictionless reporting mechanism.

We guarantee that all reports of Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII) are investigated immediately, and offending content is permanently deleted.

Non-DMCA Complaint or Content Removal Request

For questionable material, privacy concerns, impersonation, NCII, or general content removal requests, use our dedicated reporting form: Report Content / Request Removal (Non-DMCA). We investigate and resolve every complaint, and provide a response to the requestor within 5 business days or sooner.

To ensure immediate action, please include the following in your email:

  • The URL or exact Image/Video ID of the offending content.
  • A statement that you are the person depicted (or their authorized representative).
  • A statement of good faith that the content was generated without your consent.
